    Hi! I'm on day 4. Lost 1 lb so far with diet and modifying these exercises. I just had my third child 5 months ago and I had my second child 17 months ago so I have baby weight for 2!

    Don't you dare lose ONE OUNCE of the gains you made this week.

    Enjoy the Easter lamb, ham, mac & cheese, etc. and then get your butt up & WORK IT OFF. No excuses. NO EXCUSES. Summer is two and a half months away & I plan to spend a lot of it half naked . . .
