@pondee629 day 2 was tough (Monday). I'm so sore today. Had to rest from even work too. Planning to go back Friday for a personal training session. Not so excited but I do hope the pain goes away

Thank you all so much @Kayshlaf @jbuksa6 @Running2Fit the plan is Monday and Wednesday 6am. Mon group classes. Wed personal trainer. I'm just nervous I may have bit off more than I can chew. But I will get thru it. Especially with you all support and motivation.

@kandell I'm all for transformations. If he didn't wanna help, you're so much better off without him. A good man will support you in anything you do. And I try hard to like outdoors but I kinda don't lol. I added you. Exercise also helps to keep your mind off of things. Good luck!! Keep me posted!

@JaimieHensley wow. You do so much! I would be looking for results too. Have you tried tracking body measurements? I hear that's usually how people can see if there's results. I wish you the best. Keep me posted if this helps. I'm looking to do the same soon.
