I'm planning to go back to the gym tomorrow. I just renewed my membership and I'm super nervous about going back. Any motivation or help you all can give would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure where to start
I've told myself I could do videos on my own but now I'm debating whether I should hire a personal trainer. I'm waiting to finish up medicine so I can dedicate myself.

This week
So I've finally meal prepped. Just have to start some low impact online videos soon. I plan on doing this in the mornings. I have to do my tape measures. Does anyone know a good app to keep track of body measurements? I may just write them down manually. What do you think about in the mornings to get out of bed to exercise?

1st time here. Need some motivation and support.
I'm Dee. Im 27, approx 185 lbs current and max weight. I'm looking to lose approx 25-30 lbs to join the military. I'm fallen off the wagon and looking to get back on it. I can't seem to stick to things more than a week or two. I'd like to discuss and speak with like minded individuals who can help keep me accountable.
