Heading back to the gym. Need motivation

I'm planning to go back to the gym tomorrow. I just renewed my membership and I'm super nervous about going back. Any motivation or help you all can give would be greatly appreciated.

nobody is watching you. just go with a plan and do your thing! its not as bad as it seems. just went back myself after over two years. it's great! go get you some!2

Avoid the gym at all costs this time of the year. February is much more friendly.0

When you’re at the gym, don’t let anyone intimidate you or make you feel uneasy. I promise you no one is watching you because they are worried about themselves. Also always remember, minimum effort equals minimum results. Good luck!2

Start easy on your first day back. Reacquaint yourself with proper form and don't overdo it. Quit before you get exhausted. You'll feel good instead of frustrated (and incredibly sore) and be more motivated to keep going back. After a week, you'll probably be back into a good rhythm again!1
