Made a big crockpot of homemade chili, but it did not get done in time, so we will have it tomorrow night. Tonight ended up being Chocolatey Special K cereal with frozen blueberries.

I paint my nails. 2 coats of polish plus a top coat. the time this takes, plus the smell helps reduce snacking.

Every calorie counts. Bananas, watermelon, apples, carrots, peas, lettuce (yes lettuce counts!), cucumbers, potatoes, corn, plums you name it. If it goes in my mouth it is weighed and logged.

Buy 5lb bag of chicken leg quarters. Let it thaw. Remove skin and any extra fat. Season as desired. Cook in crockpot until it falls apart. Pull off the bone. Divide into freezer bags. Weigh and mark each bag.

Been craving alfredo. Made a lower calorie version with shrimp. 700 calories for anice large potion YUM! Yes this is a victory for me. We have an italian restaurant here in town that makes awesome alfredo. The old me would have ordered carryout and eaten the entire ginormus portion plus 2-3 garlic rolls.

Ladies, How did you determine what you wanted your goal weight to be? I am 6' 1". I have been obese my entire adult life, so have no clue about a goal other than wanting to be healthy. Help!!
