Eliminate the free/cheat meal mentality now. It will sey you up for binging habits later on which will create a really unhealthy relationship with food. Im talking from experience. Long runs especially in the morning supress my appetite. Great way to curb my cravings especially on weekends. Hence I'll run 5ks during the week and a 20k on the weekend.

I used to do it weekly, first thing in the morning, BUT I stopped weighing myself regularly once I started aiming to put on muscle (and still lose fat). I focus more on how I FEEL and how my clothes ( particularly my jeans) FIT. I now probably do it once a month, when I just feel like it.

Yess. I haven't had bread in 5 months and have never felt better. I'm less hungry and more energised. Low carb can be rewarding for many people. Not everyone however.
