I experience loneliness very often as well. The only advice I can offer is that getting involved in group activities like volunteering, or community theater, etc helps me. I wear dresses almost all the time. I like them loose and flowy. Today while at the grocery store my underwear started to slide down all by itself. I had to hurry up with my shopping and go home. Hard not to giggle I was so happy to realize I’m starting to get smaller!!!😂

I tried on a pair of smaller jeans and they fit!!! I was shocked and walking on air for the rest of the day.

I guess now that you mention it I did weights today and took the weight up a bit. That makes sense. Now just to convince myself this sensation I’m feeling is satisfaction instead of hungry. 😂😂

I think I ate pretty healthfully. Lean chicken, peas, beef, asparagus, potatoes. I’m just looking for lighthearted distraction to get over this hurdle.

I’m new to IF. My doctor suggested it so I’m giving it a try. It hasn’t been too bad so far but it’s early days and no loss yet. I’m glad to learn from others who’ve been successful!
