I haven't weighed myself in 2 months. Ive stuck to my calories every single day. I do much better If I dont know what the scales say. It just messes with my head.

I have a taylor that is good size. IT can fit a dinner plate, mixing bowl etc with out interferring with being able to see the numbers $15 at costco

I dont have fibro but have chronic pain and depression. Im on antidepressants which have really helped. Exercise helps with both. I just really have to listen to my body. My planned lifting day can turn into just a walk because pf pain. It takes some trial and error but you will find that balance!

i have a digital one from costco. Its a large surface that fits pots, pans, big mixing bowls etc. Tare button is a must. Its a taylor brand. As long as you get a digital one with a tare feature you will be set

Calories matter. I recommend getting a digital food scale. weighing and Logging everything you eat. I eat vegetables every day but also room for ice-cream 😂

I haven't adjusted once! I eat 2400 calories a day and have for the last 55lbs lost. Im only 10-15lbs from goal. My weight loss now is slow but it the amount i have to lose .5 a week is a reasonable loss. 100lbs down total.

I did 800 calories a day. Lost 126 pounds in 8 months. Started eating somewhat normal when I hit my goal. I gained weight back so fast!! It totally messed my hunger ques. How many calories are you eating? weight? height? Age? MFP typically sets calories too low. For me its taken some trial and error of makes me hungry or is satisfying. Timing of eating- When I eat early Im hungry all day. If I wait until lunch time to have my first big meal of the day I do much better.

1200 is way too low! With your stats you can probably eat close to 1600 and still lose

I have loose skin. And havent had kids.I honestly am ok with the skin. I didn't look great naked before, at least now I look good in clothes 😂 I wear workout clothes that have compression. It makes me feel much better! Ive lost 100lbs- I'll take loose skin over the fat anyday. You have to do what feels right for you

Premeir protein, kirkland bars, zipfizz, salmon patties, paleo sausage (only buy on sale), columbus turkey bacon, columbus sliced turkes, coffee, choclate chips. I get all my produce at winco usually. Also dog food and toys 😂

Best thing is eating well and exercising! When I was a teenager I had fatty liver. I started eating better, exercising and lost weight. A few years later my scans were normal! Exercise has been the most helpful thing and my mental health. Im down 100lbs.

I had my high weight in 2011. I still feel that size even though im down a 100 pounds.
