I have one too! I get a 12 pack of the 2032 batteries at costco. (i think on sale right now). I got a new scale, but there is no off button so it eats batteries super quick too

Im in the US. Watching the inagural on TV. Its amazing to see the country come together. We are hopeful things will get better. Not to make this political. I am just hopeful we will work together instead of against each other.I am thankful for everyone!

When you go to settings does it give you any options? Or a spot to in your info?? if your HR is less than 50 you most likely do not have a fib. Afib is a fast irregular HR.

Meal prep!! I am a night shift nurse. I like zipfizz to drink, protein bars, Premeir protein shakes are pre made and dont need to be refrigerated. I also have a snack on my drive home All planned and fit in my calories. Its tough when you go non stop for 12 hours.

My fitbit can press on nerves and do that to me, also its worse if i have it on my right wrist. Try to wear it looser. Maybe a different type of band?? softer or stretcher than the silcone ones they come with

I used to roller skate for exercise. along with diet i lost 50 pounds doing so. My rink is closed from covid right now 😩

How tall are you? how much do you weigh? Chances are you can eat more and still lose.

Im 26 and lost 97lbs. I have a lot of loose skin, even with a slow loss and weight training. Id rather have the loose skin than the fat.

I am not bipolar but recently started antidepressants. One that people complain about weight gain. Its changes my mood enough that Ive been able to focus on me again. Eating better and exercising. I do a smaller weight loss rate goal also! it

I have issues where my blood sugar drops so I do have a meter even though im not diabetic. if youve had lab tests recently and you random glucose is within normal levels not sure you need to check it.

Have you tried eating more calories? Whats you weight loss rate? How active are you? Im 185, eating 2400 cals, and still losing.
