Hiya, I had 112 to lose until my first goal (12st) I am 28 lb (2st) down, so just under 100lb to go now. I think that when I get to this goal I will see how I feel so could end up having another 0-28lb to lose after. Seems so daunting!

Im 5ft 3.5ish and size 20 too! Having the same issue!! 29lbs down and still the same size, not even noticing much of a difference in my clothes but my bf says he can see the difference in my face like you say. Maybe we are just expecting too much too soon. Let me know if since this post you have dropped a size and if so…

Yeah I have a desk job, I vary my journey home and purposely use facilities on other floors to up my movement, so I wasn't sure... I might just ignore it but be conscious of it on days when I go over or come close to my limit. Use it as a 200 ish calorie fall back.

I find that even though I have gone over by 100 or so calories when I check out, it always tells me that i'm still losing weight and that eases the regret a bit. I am the exact same though, so I have no tips for how to not eat the food, just how to not feel so bad about it afterwards. Keep going.

Thank you :) Given me hope! Lol I haven't been really thinking about my protein tbh unless I have exercised but that isnt often due to my joints. I'll try that & hopefully it will get better. So do you think im losing fast? I thought it was quite slow to be honest but I am just as worried about excess skin.

Yeah I keep telling myself that, just worried that something is wrong with what im doing. I can't exercise very much because I have joint issues but before I lost a stone & dropped a dress size. It makes no sense.

Pretty sure, i go for the smallest part of my waist, neck & wrist. The biggest parts of everywhere else.
