MFP gives me 2210. We do not have a weight scale. I mostly eat lean turkey and chicken. We have been eating off the grill more often also.

I count everything. I weighted this morning at about 332.5 but we also ate Chic Fl A. We dont eat out alot. I just dont see how I gain the weight even days I do not go over my count.

The sauna burns the toxins and fats out of the body along with water weight. You may not be burning the calories but you are burning unwanted toxins. It makes me feel alot better after I get out.
