  • I am 15 pounds away from my goal - the half-way mark. Then I stupidly did a percentage of body fat calculator online. One site puts me in an acceptable range. The other one insulted me! I am not a 25 year old Barbie doll. Need to not worry about percentage of fat, just exercise and eat healthy.
  • There are well-toned, athletic male vegetarians on You Tube who are amazing. To curb your hunger, do as Only1Golda suggests with the greens as well as whole grain products. Fiber will digest slowly and make you feel full much longer.
  • Just joined MFP because I wanted to know how many calories I burn at the gym on the machines. Lose It.com does not have a decent database of exercises, but it is super to track food eaten calories. Am in your age bracket, too.
