  • I agree with you fully! I'm def not going Keto because it's too much hormonally for some women to put their bodies through. LCHF helped me lose 52 pounds and no cravings and I'm def not eating every 2 hours! Three meals a day and I'm good

  • Years ago, Hydroxycut used to have ephedra in it, which has now been banned and that's how ppl used to lose weight...but it's def nothing helpful as far as weightloss.
