On of the reasons I have big swings I think from day to day is … getting up and weighing at 4am vs 7am LOL Good reason for me to look at that trend or moving average. Enjoy the surprises on the scale .. it is just a number! The next day it might be better the one thing for sure it will be new and possibly different.

Happy Scale (free app) that I use to track my moving average or trend weight. It is good every once in a while to view a picture of the progress or lack of.
