Unfortunately I didn't get to the doctor today as I wasn't feeling that great, but I've been in this constant back pain for over 12 years and never had any diagnosis from them just pain killers after pain killers but after losing all this weight (well I think it's a lot) I actually thought my pain would atleast get better…

I know what your saying Tea, but the only exercise I do due to my disabilities is walk and TBH since losing all my weight I seem to be getting worse as in the amount of pain i'm in, I think I might need to go back to my doctor as I thought after losing over 2 stones/28lbs it would get easier but if anything it is getting…

Thanks Sarah, since that photo was taken I have lost 32lbs but unfortunately my weight seems to fluctuate between 22st 5lb and 22st 11lb which I don't get as i'm practically doing myself harm by overdoing the exercise to the point I can barely walk the next day. The photo's below are just taken today as a comparison.

Thanks Treehugnmama, I still get a lot of pain in my lower back and legs due to my disabilities but I find it easier to do a lot of things I couldn't do 2 or even 3 months ago so yeah I can feel the benefits of losing the 28lbs

Here is a side by side comparison of me when I started my MFP journey 65 days ago when I was 24st 1lb, then at 23st 2lb and a few weeks ago at 22st 13lbs. I just need to get rid of my mega chin, anyone got any suggestions please?

Today I done something that I've not been able to do for over 6 months, I actually took a trip into Glasgow which is over 20 miles away and I honestly couldn't do that a month ago. So that is a huge achievement for me even though I was just there for about an hour.

@catgil554 I actually think I have been doing too much too soon, but when the practice nurse told me I had to lose weight they never offered any kind of support so done all this weight loss on my own.

@ @hali1 Thanks for your kind words, I believe it was me as I did post something like that about 4 or 5 weeks ago, I do hope one day I can do more than the mile pain free one day :)

Over here you don't pay for doctors or hospitals as we have something called the National Health Service and health care is free unless you yourself want to go private but unfortunately I could never afford to go private. I've lost almost 2 stones which is 28lbs, and I do appreciate everyone's support on MFP, I could never…

Hi Joan, I've never been given a diagnosis of what is causing my back pain, I've just been putting it down to my weight as you do when your over weight and that is what doctors say as well. Here is my Map My Walk for today, I decided I was going to do a route i've not been able to do in over a year as it involves going down stairs and up hill at the other end and I've been in too much pain with my back, but although I'm losing weight the back pain is still there but I did it and we took the dog and she had so…
