Well as I've now lost 20lbs now down to 23st 2lbs = 324.80lbs I think it's time to update my face selfie, full body selfie to come soon

Here is a side by side comparison of me when I started my MFP journey 65 days ago when I was 24st 1lb, then at 23st 2lb and now at 22st 13lbs.
I just need to get rid of my mega chin, anyone got any suggestions please?

I don't have any specific ideas for the chin area, but, there is already definitely a difference! Especially around your cheeks and forehead, so just give it more time and I'm sure the rest will follow. You're really doing great! 1
