Add me! I'm new 3 weeks in and a bit disheartened as have lost 2lbs. Started a fitness program too! Need motivation to not cry when I have a good week and don't lose!

Biscuits are much fluffier than scones! Scones are very dense! I love both!

I'm 5'2 goal is 133 ish. Currently 14st! I got my number from that being the lowest I got on ww like 10 years ago and I could not get lower!

I lost 7lbs in 1st week but then none in 2nd and 2lb in 3rd so think it's just water weight and will even out soon

1st c25k done! Hurt a lot as my legs are sore but I did it!!!
