(I do this for normal potatoes too). I slice them up into circle shapes, pour 2 table spoons of oil over them, add a dash of salt, thyme and a sprinkle of chilli powder (mix) place them on the grill and let them cook for 50 mins at a medium - high temp. Throw in some steak or chicken and you're good. :smile:

Fat is fine and good for you until you're in a calorie surplus. That goes for any macro nutrient. Personally I eat the whole egg. 1) it tastes better and 2) I have the calories to do so.
