Each Weight Watchers point is worth 50 calories. I do not log "zero point foods" on MFP. When I was doing WW I took the average number of points I was allowed daily and translated that (x 50) into the number of calories I can eat per day on MFP. As I lose more or if I start gaining weight I will lower the calorie allowance…

The recipe has the calories and all the nutritional information on it. Click on the calorie count (right under the print button) and it shows all of it.

Also, look at platejoy.com ketogenic diet is an option for the menu app. I love that site. provides menu's and recipes for everything on the menu's.
