ETA: the recipe states 259...that would be without any rice or anything.0 -

I use Splenda and cut the sauce recipe in half (Instruction#5)0 -
Weigh everything raw. Use the recipe builder. Then weigh the dish once it's cooked and put that as the number of servings.0

The recipe has the calories and all the nutritional information on it. Click on the calorie count (right under the print button) and it shows all of it.
