Thanks for this. Im staying well within my calories and am trying to bring my healthy and varied choices. I guess the trick is to use the nutritional info as a guideline but not to stress out as i have been. Use it to make more informed choices

Thanks for that, all very true. Ive only been using MFP for 6 days and still trying to eat healthier and balance my nutrition. I guess the main thing is to make better choices and see how i go. Its saturated fat im struggling with in all honesty but you switch to certain lower fat versions and i seem to click up my sugar…
