Agent Carter for the win!

Hopefully these work...Jeffrey Donovan as Michael Westen - my goal body ideal is a female version of this. Lean but strong, a little wiry.

Vynase and dexamphetamine aren't some magical weight loss drugs. From personal experience using them for non ADD related treatment, they have no effect on my appetite.

As odd as it sounds, the body type /look I really want to achieve is pretty much a female version of Jeffrey Donovan's TV character Michael Westen, or of Aussie actor and cyclist Nathan Page. Lean but strong, a little wiry, with muscle built from hard yakka and life rather than a gym. Can't post photos right now from my…

Well done!

Well done on doing the hard yards to achieve what you wanted :-)

I'm down three cms (about one and a half inches) around my belly button, and two cms (about an inch) down around my bottom - achieved in just 10 days.

I measure my neck, bust, smallest part of my waist, navel, and around the largest part of my bottom

That I just made a big batch of delicious salad for lunches this week instead of being lazy and buying sandwiches from the local shop. Saved myself money and calories, plus I get a great nutrient boost from the corn, kidney beans, mushrooms, avocado, lime juice...you get the picture!

For me personally, I needed to unlearn that "I need to be in the healthy BMI weight range". Just had a DEXA scan done, confirming that I have an extra 7kg of lean body mass above the top of the average range for my height etc. (Due no doubt to being a shot putter for most of my teens and adulthood). Hugely important to…

My goals are to get to and maintain at 75kg; to halve my body fat percentage; and to fit into an Australian size 10-12 (US 6-8). To get there, I'm trying to keep to a 500c daily deficit (averaged across the week); walking four to five times a week; doing calisthenics two to three times a week; and keeping going regardless…

I've been asthmatic since birth and have to take daily preventer medication just to try to keep it under control. I can't run because it sets my asthma off so badly. Other triggers include cold air and smoke. So I exercise in ways that don't cause me issues, such as walking and doing body weight exercises.

Eating too much. Money worries. I've run out of one of my depression meds, can't find my script, and can't get in to see my psych for another script for a few weeks. Trying to line up a job for when I finish uni in a couple of months. Anxiety about moving if I do get a job. Oops....more than one top problem. But they're…

I'm very similar stats to you: I'm a 29 year old female, current weight 108kg, goal weight 75kg. Add me? ☺️

I'm in a similar position, because three days a week I'm a domestic cleaner workout up a sweat vaccumning and mopping, and two days a week I'm either studying or in the field doing soil sampling for prac. I've decided to set my activity at lightly active and to log half to three quarters of my cleaning as light exercise.

I have supraventricular tachycardia, where my rating heart rate is around 120bpm regardless of my fitness or weight. I'm on a calcium channel blocker to bring it down a bit but it still sits at about 95-100bpm when resting. Because of this, I've been told to be careful of overworking my heart when exercising. Even with my…

I've added you :-)

I'm 5'2" tall. My goal body fat is around 20-22%. My initial weight goal is to get to 75kg.

In Australia, most people only cook as much as is needed for the number of people at the meal - no seconds, no left overs. Which is good since you can't go back for more!
-
Well done!

3.7kg/8 and a bit pounds.
-
My first goal is to get under 100kg (222pounds). I'm expecting it to take me about two months to lose the 8-9kg/18-20 pounds needed to achieve that goal.
-
I'm only a few days in and have already dropped some weight (mostly water weight, but it's a start!)

Hi, I'm a 29 year old from Australia. I'm 5'2"/158cm, and currently weigh 240pounds /108.9kg. I'm planning to lose about eighty pounds /thirty five kgs over all from this weight, too start with. I've already lost about four kgs/9pounds from my starting weight. Please add me if you like. I'm very active in logging everyday,…
