Well to be fair, there are buffalo meat bars, but I'm pretty sure the OP is talking about protein candy bars like quest/ohYeah!

Have a fitbit one. Tried a fitbit charge. Fitbit one has long battery life, and counts steps relatively accurately. CAn be worn discretely Fitbit charge has a veyr very short battery life, counts steps crazy high (20-30% higher than the One) and you're stuck with wrist wearing.

makes it a lot easier. I like hanging because it also works your grip quite well. Plus hte stretch feels great after deadlifts/ohp.

Hanging leg raises.

Lunges are an option, though I hesitate to suggest them because they can really be hard on your knee, depending. Mebbe start with wall squats to get used to the movement.

530 is probably pretty generous given that workout. Assuming you aren't running/sprinting or doing HIIT on the treadmill. Heart rate is more or less irrelevant. If you're using a HRM for weight lifting, it will overestimate in a dramatic fashion. If you ARE walking, and not running, and ASSUMING you're strength training,…

I can't do leg press either, because of knee problems How well do you do at free weight squats? Back squats, front squats... you might like goblet squats.

/rasies hand. Anyway, squat stalling at 100lbs is p.much going to be a form issue, assuming no weird bone structure, injuries, etc. Post up a form video. Outside of injury: the top 3 reasons people can't progress in SS: 1. Not doing the program. 2. Form issues. 3. Being too scared of the weight.

Get your food quality and macros in order. You might need to trim your exercise a bit, or get more efficient, depending on what you're doing.

You need a mild general degreaser. VERY diluted purple power or as you say, skimple green, will do it.

I snap mine into a ring on my IWB holster.

I use a AWS Blade scale, it fits in the pocket. It's useful when eating out, because half the time they don't serve you portions to match their nutrition info.

TBH, you should get as much protein as you can without going over on TOTAL calories. This gets even more important when you are eating with such a dramatic deficit. Try setting your goals as: 35% protein 25% fat 40% carbohydrate If you prefer low carb: 35% protein 45% fat 20% carb ^ Above are super generic guidelines.

And its thermogenic...

It's the name of a multi-level-marketing scheme company, which markets and sells through "coaches" (anyone that buys into it) a series of (mostly decent) workout videos and (overpriced) meal replacement shakes.

Weird that works, considering pokemon go uses distance in a line GPS*, and the margin of error is larger than a turntable. *It takes point A, then waits some time, and gets point B. It draws a straight line and calculates the distance. I believe the time is 1 minute. So if you are in relatively the same location between…
