Trying not to feed the derailleurs (pun intended) but I'm not worried about "bicycle safety" with this concern. However, thank you for the info on that garmin thing. That looks pretty useful.

Have seen some recent information linking green tea extract to liver problems. I stopped taking it... at least until more information is available.

Do you have a pull up bar?
-
^ Injury is a concern too. I know some people small-of-the-back carry when riding, but that seems like a spinal injury waiting to happen. I'm not worried about an ND/AD. Everything I have is drop safe and I don't carry condition 0 anyway.

No material allergies. Though stuff that's tight on my midsection can be problematic for other reasons. I am also absolutely zero concerned about weight. I ride a heavy bike on purpose. :)

Weak mindedness should be addressed by a counselor, not by changing a generally acceptable environment.

Lifting is great for cardiovascular health.

There's a guy that always interrogates about your purchases. If he's the sole cashier, and I don't super need what I picked up, I'll set my basket down and leave. Of course, now that my state stupidly outlawed bags, I eat fast food exclusively.

batteries in scale are dying

ill check it out, thanks!

YNDTP. Seriously though, direct him to EXRX, it explains how to do a lot of the exercises. Grab Starting Strength when he's ready to get off the machines and do strength training. He'll probably need to find a gym rather than a fitness center at that point, too.

drink it with a straw instead
-
look up 'agile 8' and do that daily too

I like how "processed" is bad. Many times processing makes food more digestible (good) or you can pull more nutrients for it, or it's even safe to eat.

I try to. I stick to bacon, salame, steak, birds, butter, fishes. Sometimes I'll have a snickers bar or a cookie.

Squats. Deads. OHP. Maybe chin ups if the mood strikes.
-
I'd just go to Target and get a shirt in the same material for $12.99. /shrug

special meals and shakes? Forget it. In fact, forget any "diet program" which consists 90% of them pushing their products on you.

pocket eggs. beef jerkey. Not sugared up yogurt. Cottage cheese. Regular cheese. Lunch meat.

Lift heavy weights, sticking to the compound movements (bench, row, squat, deadlift, overhead press, and why not chinup and dip) and stick to your calorie deficit.
-
I never drink water. Ever. Diet soda (4-6 liters a day) and low cal energy drinks only.

no motivation. only dedication. only grind.

Tell him that a human male is at least 6 foot tall and 200lbs. In all seriousness, this guy is at the least verbally abusive. I hope you can get out soon.

Many lifting/powerlifting blogs/pages/groups, and some of it from this very forum. (The isolation thing.)

is this derivative of Lyle's work?
-
Says the guy barely eating any protein at all.

I liked Wendler, especially his stance on supplements. Until T-nation paid him to talk up their supplements. :/ Enjoy 5/3/1 more than any other program, but i always get weaker on it. Probably not advanced enough for it.
-
Seconded. ^ He turned me onto MyProtein, stuff is great.

Have you tried the tanka with jalapenos and cranberries? havent been able to find it but it sounds amazing.
