I was actually thinking of going no wine for a week to see if that budges anything. I will see nutritionist today and ask about eating back exercise calories. I have been calorie restricting so long that I have to eat dinner in shifts; I am full after protein.

Thanks! I have a food scale and check everything very carefully -- every bite. I have had thyroid a blood checked -- all in normal range. I have increased my protein intake. I haven't been eating back my workout calories, but I will, at least some of them. Progressive overload isn't a term I know. I will ask her. I would…

I make good food choices most days, don't binge. On 1100 calories a day because I am small. I work with a trainer 3x week; strength training and circuit…

Based on tdee I am eating 1100 calories a day. I weigh and measure, but I have counting exercise which is maybe slowing me down? Logged in 40 days; mostly clean food. I am 56, 131 lbs. 5'2.5 inches. Hoping to drop 10 pounds. Willing to put in the time, but this is very slow. I work with a trainer doing strength training 2x…

I have several friends who went to food addicts annonymous and it has utterly changed their lives. Food addiction is real and horrendous because we can't avoid food. It's a tough program but it might be worth going to a meeting? My friends lost weight but more importantly regained control of their lives and mental wellness.

56 in two weeks. Add me! I am a long term (not consistent) mfp user. Achilles heel is red wine!! And cheese. Trying to lose 10-15 pounds. I strength train 3x weekly and swim or jog when I can fit it in. Just increased my calories to 1350. Been restricting too long so it's hard to make progress. Hi everyone!
