    I have an open diary but my goal (at this point in time anyway) is 1450.

    1200 is too low for me to be sustainable mentally or physically.

    Mine is 1260 at mintue.
    Started at 1400 . As weight came off,calories were reduced.

    I'm at 1200. I'm very short (just under 5') so 1200 is my daily goal. I've lost 13lbs so far since the end of January. I have an open diary. Feel free to add me :)

    Mine's open but it's always around 1900 calories... because fooood.

    I eat between 1200-1350 a day (a little more on weekends). I'll send you a request!

    New user: 7 days. Would like to pair up an open food diary with someone, but not sure how to set that up. Obviously I am missing a button somewhere. I am at 1320 cal per day. I am 5 ft 8 in, I am 50 years old, and have had six back surgeries, including a spinal fusion. Very challenging for me, since all I can do is walk. I am in constant pain, but trying to power through. I have another surgery in mid May. I would like to lose 60 pounds, and would appreciate any paired or similar motivation partner. Thanks to all for reading.

    I have open diary am at 1200 because short 5'2.5". I have been logging very very carefully for 35 days ( lots more before that too); on and off for years; work with a trainer doing strength and cardio 3x week, try do stretch and breathe (yoga) 10 min. Daily, have cut out wine in last week completely, as an experiment since I am getting desperate. I have been trying to lose 10 pounds for 10 years. Obviously these are vanity pounds as I am healthy bmi ( 131 lbs.) but I am short and carry those extra pounds as belly fat. I am very motivated. Don't eat junk, bring lunch, feel like I have lots of nutrition knowledge. I have trained for and run a half marathon and not lost a pound. Had all the tests; seen naturopath, come through menopause, have conquered disordered eating... Please don't tell me to accept my healthy body. I do accept it. But. Cannot. Understand. Why. These. Last belly pounds, this menopause hangover, won't go. Some days I have finished my day and be at 900 calories so eat a snack to fill out my calories...,

    I don't have an open diary (I track medications in my diary) and don't really do the friends thing but I wanted to encourage you! I'm facing my 5th back surgery and 2nd fusion so I totally feel your pain (pun intended).

    Walking is the majority of my exercise (aside from physical therapy) and I lost ~125 pounds. Losing weight was the absolutely best thing I ever did for my back.

    Hang in there and stay motivated - you will be amazed at how much losing the extra weight will help!

    Mine is open. I'm aiming for between 1200-1300 calories per day (I just haven't adjusted my daily calorie goal in the settings because I don't want to forget my previous custom targets).
