I've are 8 slices of pizza in the entire year of 2016. The second time was cheese pizza.

I take in about 50g of fiber a day and about 300 to 350 or more grams of complex a day so I'm normally feel well fed.

What are you doing the same? Have you tweaked your eating habits and your physical activity? For example, reduce your sugar, add some complex carbs and add some resistance. You might need to take in more calories to burn more fat. You body might be used to what you're doing right now and it might need change.

I am not on a low carb eat habit either but bread is one thing I try to avoid since its mostly simple.

I am not sure if it counts on being hit one. With women its different but with men they are more open about it I think. I have been told by women either my legs are great looking or how to make their legs like mine which are tone and muscular.

I think you need to bulk up for sure. Increase your complex carbs, reduce sugar, increase protein and lift your max at the gym. Make sure to get in some cardio to burn those extra carbs. I am almoa 3 inches taller than you and I weight 145lbs I'm in the same boat as you.

Don't let a few pounds upset you. Sometimes that's a matter of water and other liquid intake and retention. Weigh yourself at the same time and in the same clothing.

Hey, thanks for posting this question! At 145lbs and 5ft almost 9in with a 29-30in waist it's difficulting finding extra small which fits me perfectly to my taste. Its feels good going into Hollister and A&F and being too small to wear their shirts. I am a far cry from my large size shirts and 38-39in waist.

@rashid4u21 Good eating habits have consistency. You have a diet where as I have good eating habits. You need more calories to burn calories. You need a certain amount of carbs, fat, protein, sodium, etc.

My wife says I'm too skinny since I've lost over 40lbs but gained so much muscle. Your not alone in this. Spouses I'm sure are happy with our health choices but perhaps they are insencure as well.

Numbers are going go up and down minus and plus a few pounds but that's water weight. Don't stress or celebrate over a few pounds. What you want to do is weight yourself once a week around the same time and try to wear similar clothes. I also weigh myself in the nude.
