I like to make an iced tea concentrate too. I like to mix my tea bags so I'll do 4 bags of black tea and 2 bags mint tea to make my own blend.

I really like something I saw on instagram today. Take a small freezer meal that has a sauce and bulk it up with zuccini noodles or other steamed veggies. Not an everyday option but I loved the idea for when I don't have a lot of time. I find those meals always have lots of sauce anyway.

I put leftover rice in a steamer basket in a pot with a bit of water and steam it till it is heated up. Becomes nice and fluffy just like I made it freas. Also you can freeze leftover rice.

I really like coleslaw and keep a bag of the cabbage in the fridge. Now I use it to bulk up pretty much anything. Added it to my family pasta dinner so I can have a smaller portion of the pasta but still have a big full bowl. I really like the crunch it adds.
