I find most diet plans have ingredients I don't eat. Need lunch and dinner ideas that don't contain fish, avocado, beans or turkey.

    Chicken, burgers, meat loaf, sandwiches.....

Pretty much anything you like to eat, just have it fit into your calorie goals.

You don't have to follow a diet plan. Eat the food you do like and stick to your calorie deficit.

There are about a million possible foods that don't contain fish, turkey, avocado, and beans.

For starters, you have a ton of sandwich options, which are always easy lunch choices.

For lunch today I had one of those frozen pasta dishes but I microwaved it over a bowl of zuccini noodles and added 3 ounces of shredded chicken. It was super filling and fast, just what I needed for about 400 calories. There are tons of flavors of those frozen dishes so you could easily have variety and they are easy to bulk up with veggies. Hope this idea helps.

Do you have access to a microwave at work? I quite often beat 2 eggs add a splash of milk, a grind of black pepper together in a small jar with a tight fitting lid. Then I pour it in to a bowl at work and ping it for 2 minutes. Quick protein packed lunch that costs pennies.
Just take some fruit or celery etc with you for afters.

I don't like fish, avocado or beans (turkey is ok), and have never found this to be one of life's problems. eat whatever you like!

Hard boiled eggs. Makes a Cobb salad or egg salad sandwich. Lean roast chicken or beef.

I see Avocado a lot in low cal recipes these days. For you want to try the salad or whatever try making it without, or replacing it with egg.

There was one comment that was sarcastic the rest were basic advice that you don't need a diet plan

You have a non fundamental list of foods there ...it's not like you can't eat something that is a basic ingredient in a wide range of foods...they are all very specific

I like fish, turkey, avocado, and beans, but the vast majority of my meals still don't include any of these ingredients. Start with what you like and maybe change it up if the calories are too high or to add more protein and/or vegetables. Log to see calories.

A go-to lunch for me is a big salad with lots of vegetables, chicken, olives (because I love them), and feta. I make a dressing with olive oil (you can get away only using a little) and a good vinegar. Red wine vinegar plus a good mustard also makes for a good dressing.

Whether you like something like this or not depends on your preferences.

I also really like (and need to make again soon) a spicy Asian-style salad with cucumbers, basil, tomatoes, red onion, radish, bean sprouts, whatever floats your boat, plus some thinly-sliced beef. I make a dressing with soy sauce, lime juice, sriracha, and a bit of fish sauce.

A pasta or stir fry is always good -- pick meat and veg of your choice (or use tofu in place of meat). Lately I've been doing this with corn in place of rice since I have lots of corn on hand (corn season). Mostly this is what I do--work from what ingredients I have around.

Instead you could substitute with chicken, tofu, eggs, falafel, sweetcorn, chickpeas, cheese, any other meat you like. They have similar nutrients too.

Diet is a way of eating. You eat what you normally eat, just less of it. :)

No, just one....maybe, and we don't know if that was just a dry sense of humor. :)

Weight loss happens from eating less calories than you burn, not from the type of food you eat. That's why many people are advising in their own way to eat whatever you like. :)

That's why you shouldn't follow diet plans. Eat whatever you want.

:'( I'm sorry. Anyway, it will depend upon how simple or how complex you want to have lunch and dinner.
Also, it will depend how extensive your rejection of beans is. Do you reject all legumes? It's pretty easy to point out that you can get chicken, beef, pork, tofu, nuts, yogurt and the like for protein. It's pretty easy to point out that you can use butter, oil, nuts again for fat. Use several vegetables with a variety of colors and have a little bit of bread and starch. Have fruit, too.

Yep....in other words, have a variety of foods you like. :D
