Meh! All day I ate so bad and I don't even want to know how much I went over! For the past few days i haven't gone to the gym and so I just eat crappy and I need to not do that.

I'm 5"10 and I come from a family who's 6"7, 6"3, 6"4 and so I feel ya. You are starting that's great. I think just trying to get to a healthier you is awesome.

That's awesome, I had a baby a few years ago and I gained a lot of weight, so last year I lost 30 lbs and felt so good. This year has been a year for me and I would like to lose another 30 if I could. But it's been gradual and I feel so much better when I do work out and push my self. I give you props. They say like 200 but, like eat things like oats and such to help build milk supply. I was in your boat a few years ago and I just had to wait till my baby was done breastfeeding cause I was losing milk supply if I worked out. But I know everyone is different just see what you can handle. Also you can do walking and eating…
