I'm sure the PHAT thing works but I'm not going to work out 5days a week. I usually work out 3 days and do a day of cardio in between. The cardio is optional. I do it if I feel like it. I should have specified the 3 days a week part. I was hoping to get more advice about doing chest, back one day then arms, shoulders…

I get it from time to time. I exhibit all the symptoms you described and I also feel the muscles in my upper back and neck get tense. Taking a walk helps, also exercising or listening to my favorite music . Something to redirect my thoughts.

I use mine one or two times a month. I love using it for a shrimp boil, mac and cheese or to make french dip sandwiches. I haven't made too many healthy things with it. A couple amazing things I've made have been loaded baked potato and broccoli cheese soup. Definitely not healthy.

I'm in my 9th week with 2 weeks off thrown in the mix because of vacation and sickness. Squat - 140 Bench - 110 Deadlift - 135 OHP - 60 Barbell Rows - 80

Squats is all about form for me. When I do it won't I really feel stress on my knees or back. I'm finding rows and deadlifts are the easier lifts as well.

It's not bad. It's not the Walmart brand. You find it in the produce section.

I made cauliflower pizza once and it came out great but the pizza was small. Decided to make a bigger one and made the crust a little bigger. Tasted like and had the flexibility of cardboard.

My wife was trying to do more vegetarian meals and decided to make kale chips. They weren't coming out how she liked so she drizzled chicken stock over them so they came out crunchy.
