I'm MTN biking tonight so I'll probably stop at Chipotle on the way home.
-
I'm in the same boat. Some people just don't get it because they can't relate.
-
@JeffMatchett I checked out that youtube. I am not benching like that. That's probably my issue. Thanks for the tip.

I don't think there's anything wrong with mtnwmn477 thinking about her own happiness. Especially if her spouse isn't. It's easy to say you need to work on the relationship or leave if you're not in it. People seem to forget most of the time when things have gotten to this point you've had MANY conversations and tried…

@JeffMatchett That may be it. Probably the reps when I don't feel it popping are the ones when my elbows aren't flaring.
-
I may have missed it some where but how long have you been together? Telling someone after 6 months is one thing, after only a month another.
-
You always look at the other man sitting there like you're in jail and you're like "what are you in for?"
-
@Cutaway_Collar I've always thought it would be a good business idea to have a small bar next to women's dressing rooms. The lone guy chair doesn't cut it.

Capricorn.

It was one of the best shows ever.

Keeping the tension down is key. The other night my wife was actually wrong for once and I yelled really loud in a Mortal Kombat voice "You Lose!"..... Then she tried to change what she said and ended up being more wrong. Fatality!

I try to do everyday. Something active for at least 30min. I usually do 5-6 days. 3cardio/3 strength training.
-
Have one in my right elbow as well. Only happens when I do tricep extensions. It's a little louder. You can actually hear that one. Sounds like a shock you get from a door knob after rubbing your feet on the carpet.

Is Justified on prime? That show was awesome. Also see if you like the show called the Finder. It only lasted one season but it was excellent.
-
The Unbreakable Kimmie Schmidt is good. The second season went downhill. I have a real affection for the show Parenthood. I think all 8 sessions are on Netflix. Be prepared to go through every emotion if you binge watch it.

If you like The Goonies and E.T. you'll love Stranger Things.
-
I feel the popping just going from goal post to stick'm up. It's the main reason I've avoided dumbbell military press exercises. I might just have to get over the denial and use the strength machines.
-
I have found if I use the hammer strength machine it doesn't pop at all. I just don't feel you get the same potential from the machine as you would using dumbbells.
-
That's what my doctor said to. They also suggested a longer warming up period. Doesn't seem to matter how long I warm up. It seems more a matter of weight bearing on the joint and the angle of the motion. Some reps it doesn't pop at all. Finding the exact angle is difficult especially if you're doing heavy weight.

That's the hard part. I'm really impatient and want to see instant results. I understand it takes work to get quality results. It's just hard to let myself enjoy the right now and not think about where I want to be. Thanks for the link.

Totally.

Yes, it that type of workout.

Kim Kardashian is famous. There you go.

Do you think a bad sex life is worthy of getting a divorce? I don't really see how that would justify going through the emotional and financial devastation of divorce. Not to mention what it does to kids. I can see why people think it's easier to stay in the marriage but find something on the side. What I'm sure no one…
-
@BinaryPulsar It sounds like you have a great sex life. Marriage is more than just sex but it is a huge part of it. You being bisexual ads another layer that is a win win for a guy. He can have a 3some and it's not considered cheating. Most guys don't have that option.

Kevin Hart and Mike Birbiglia.

@Novio50, I can't answer your questions. If my spouse were suffering from depression and substance abuse I would discuss how it's affecting the relationship. I'd also support them while they were trying recover. The hard part would be dealing with relapses or the lack of wanting to get better. Eventually I'd have to decide…

I don't mean to sound like a hypocrite. As much as I love my wife and everything I often wonder if people are supposed to be married. Lust is such a huge problem for me personally. Luckily I've never acted on it, but there are times I wonder if I'm trying to stifle a natural instinct. My point is I guess if my younger…

@novio50 You definitely need you and your wife time. Sometimes it gets hard to remember what you saw in each other. A few date nights will remind you. The best line about marriage is from the movie Parenthood with Steve Martin. His mother at the end talks about roller coasters and carousels
