Down 0.2 from last week. Now for my "big reveal". Saw my PCP this week, and, because of current heart/lung issues, she put me on Ozempic. Yes, should help with weight loss, but should mitigate the breathing issue. We've been chasing that for about 5 years. I'll try to remember weekly to post updates here on this thread.…

I "wish" I was following that. I did pretty good for a number of years, but not so much nowadays. Need to get back to that. I don't NEED 3 cookies, 1 will do. I don't NEED 4 scoops of ice cream, 2 will do.

With my "issues" I can't do much over 250 steps at a time, and even then I'm breathing very hard, and "wheezy". I usually accomplish FitBit's 250 steps/hour, for consecutive 12 hour span (9AM -9PM). When I go shopping at the grocery or Wally World, I'm beat when we finish.

2,3.4 2 is MFP, WW, and FitBit 3 is same as 2, but FitBit more so, as it is also my step tracker. 4 is most of our meals (all double tracked, WW & MFP). My problem is snacks. Most fine, but too many of them.
