I'm super active and on my journey of losing 70-75 pounds by April 2017. So far I lost 30 went on a trip got off track gained 17 pounds back and now re lost that and back to losing the rest I need to hit my goal. I'm online pretty much every day. Feel free to add me.

I've just recently lost just over 20 pounds in 5 weeks the healthy way. Ive been doing training with a personal trainer 2 days a week and one other day by myself. I also do a half hour cardio on training days and and the other 2/3 days I do 1 hour of cardio. I take one day off to rest. I haven't cheated at all in my diet.…

im new to mfp I'm starting my journey to lose 25 pounds and work my way to losing 100. Just started an 8 week program with a personal trainer to hopefully lose my first 25 lbs. I'm active multiple times daily feel free to add me so we can stay motivated.
