Thanks for asking Al. We had nice weather. This was an 8K (5 mile) race with my running club. I paced myself well and finished strong. I don't run as fast as I used to, but still enjoy running.

We eat Atlantic salmon. We have not eaten fish, shrimp or crawfish from the gulf region since the Deepwater Horizon oil spill in 2010.
