Thank you for making inclusion fun and easy! I'm 5'1" weighing 199.8 lbs... basically obese according to my bmi... I have pcos and basically just want to take control of my health as much as in my power!

Yass! I'm so encouraged! You are doing great! Keep it up! Tonight was not good. I ate chicken nuggets and fries at 1130 tonight. My bf brought me pollyo string cheese my fav... I went over ... the hardest thing for me will be late nights but will continue to press through. ... I so grateful to have for your support too!

@shockvalue07 you totally must understand those cravings that come after a few hours of work... but I'm sorry you had a bad week. But I believe that there is always room for mess up and keep moving. Just don't beat your self up.
