  • There are some Kind bars that are low glycemic , and easy to carry with you. If at home *stick sandwiches*= carrot sticks,cucumbers any other veggie you want, wrap cheese, and turkey,ham, etc . Also can buy over the counter pills for low blood sugars that you can just pop in your mouth when sugars become low. Good luck
  • Ha ha i've myself have been there and back many times, for some reason my mind just goes blank and I go into uncontrolled robot eating. Why do we do this to ourselves?? Hopefully tracking and with help of hubby, we both can do this journey y o weight loss.
