Hiya. Thanks for replying. I don't drink hardly at all (very occasionally at special occasions) so it wouldn't be that. I genuinely think it's my weight and lack of exercise that's the problem. So just giving it time.

I'm currently 20st 13lbs (293lbs!!!) but I'm 6ft tall. I wear 18-20 sized clothes (but this is also UK sizes which differ from USA I think). I have a huge post baby belly which is my worst part. Gonna take ages to get rid of that!

Ok thank you. I think I'm just being silly and thinking "what if I try it for a couple of weeks but don't lose anything! That's a couple of weeks wasted!" Haha. I will give it a go for maybe even a month and stick at it. Thanks for your reply.

Oh man. Me! Me! I'm 289 at the moment, heaviest I've EVER been. Since having my two kids two and one year ago I've gone up and down in weight but just can't seem to keep it off.
