I'm 5'3" and 97 ish lbs. I log very meticulously and I want to maintain my weight. Since I'm in college I walk around a lot and I workout 4 times a week.

I exercise four times a week, running on average 40 minutes, a little over four miles. and tomorrow I leave for college. I want to maintain and my maintenance calories are supposedly 1800, according to a nutritionist I saw and calorie calculators.

I actually count my calories quite meticulously. I log every single gram and weigh everything. I also rarely eat out.
