I have had exactly this issue I tried and stopped C25K so many times. Now getting on much better with real improvement results by working on breath control and laughing off the C25k intervals etc.

Be prepared to start out slow, get good shoes and a good sports bra. C25k and similar programes are helpful to a lot of people, also a tracking app like Strava can be really motivating to keep an idea of your distances and improvement. I don't know about joint pain etc, that happens to people when they get older regardless…

I stick with the ballpark figure based on small <5", medium up to 7" etc where medium is about 100 cals. No, it isn't perfect but at the end of the day it is 1 banana or some days, maybe 2. Hi, Well this in itself is the point I am trying to get to- is there any point in distinguishing between added sugars and natural ones? I would argue from my own experience that added sugar tends to be in products that are also high calorie or lower GI so cutting them out can help weight loss in those terms but I wonder if…

You need a calorie deficit to loose weight, some may argue Green Tea reduces appetite so you eat fewer calories but that's anecdotal. You can add me if you like :-)

I get this maybe one or 2 days a month usually bang in the middle of my cycle, regardless of if I've been eating crap or doing really well.
