Hello how are you? I feel dizzy after walking at a 5% incline 2.5 mph. I feel dizzy for an hour afterwards. Should I lower the incline or what is going on w/my body?

Are you drinking enough?0

eat something 45 mins before you work out, drink plenty of water, lower the incline and the pace, see a dr if it doesn't get any better.1

Dizziness after exercise may just be low blood sugar or some other benign issue I'd agree with jennasbarton's response...if it continues see your Dr.1

An hour is a long time to be dizzy! I'd think it's definitely a nutrition or hydration issue. When do you workout and how long before and/or after do you eat?0
