Log it into the app :) it will ask for how long you jumped rope for and then it calculates it for you! Great cardio!

You're figuring out how much you need to maintain your weight and then to lose weight eating less than that amount of calories. Also throwing in exercise to increase your calorie deficit. For example to maintain my weight at the moment I would need to eat +/- 1576 calories. So I'm aiming to eat around 1300 so that already…

It's set at 2lbs per week, my activity level is pretty moderate. A run and every second day and body weight workout on the days in between. I'm new at the whole macro counting so I'm just wondering what they should be set at

Right now it is set at Calories 1200. Carbs 150g, Protein 60g and Fats 40g. Should it be changed?
