Congrats on the weight loss, I can only fathom being able to stay on a diet for a year. And thanks for such a detailed answer. I heard that people were losing 40 pounds in 3 months but they never said how much they weighed so I was curious. I'll probably take it slow but not too slow. Also, yeah it was a self-deprecating…

This is from reddit but I thought I'd share it one here. All credit goes to u/samuraitiger19 In the final moments of his life. Calvin has one last talk with Hobbes. "Calvin? Calvin, sweetheart?" In the darkness Calvin heard the sound of Susie, his wife of fifty-three years. Calvin struggled to open his eyes. God, he was so…

I weigh myself through out weigh in day (from waking up to going to sleep) then I find the min and max and see what the medium and average to get a better estimate. I would definitely recommend it.

You seem to have it down. Just remember that in the beginning is a lot of trial and error. You gotta see what works for you. You might go your 1st week without losing weight and it might get you down or a lot of other possibilities are possible. Just remember to keep going even after disappointment. Learn from it. Good…

Usually when I over eat by a couple hundred calories, I usually just work out a little longer. Try working out at night to burn off a few hundred calories.

I know the feeling of disappointment. I wanted to lose 10 pounds in the beginning of 2016 and now by the end of 2016, I've gained 55 pounds. Just hang in there and control your thoughts. Focus on how you'll see your actions 3 months from now.

Someone needs to tell my penis to stop losing all that fat then lol Anyways, this is pretty accurate

There's no such thing as a magic pill but the fat burner I used helped me lose a little bit more than when I wasn't using it. I probably wouldn't recommend fat burners because 98% of them are a waste of money but they're some that are legit.

Contrary to what people have been saying on here, some them work to a point but you still have to put in the same work you would have to if you weren't taking them. I can't say all of them work but the one I used (Shred Jym) helped me get that extra push. However, just don't use them longer than a month or two.
