I would also cut back on the hours. If you are looking to see results for the first time, you don't need to be in there that long. You also should assess what kind of macros make up your caloric intake.

Here is the ratio that works for my female clients who roughly share your body stats: Fat: 40-45g Carbs: 65-70g Protein: 150-160g Total Calories: 1300 (a 200 calorie wiggle room to max out at 1500 calories is okay). Combine that with a progressive HIIT routine 5 days a week and watch the lbs drop!
