I am 5'3" and weigh 258lbs. How much in macros should I be eating to lose weight??

Here is the ratio that works for my female clients who roughly share your body stats:
Fat: 40-45g
Carbs: 65-70g
Protein: 150-160g
Total Calories: 1300 (a 200 calorie wiggle room to max out at 1500 calories is okay).
Combine that with a progressive HIIT routine 5 days a week and watch the lbs drop!1 -
