I didn't speak up…

Are there any groups or people that we can get together with in our areas, for workouts or motivation? I have found that working out with like minded people keep you motivated and on track. You can pick up a book on physical therapy or see a physical therapist (or You Tube). I had a problem myself at one time and I did some exercises that helped. Still no problem many years later, just take your time to heal.

The only thing I can say is don't give up on yourself. How long did it take you to put on the weight? Sometimes the body isn't sure what you are doing. Use the calorie counter and keep track of what you are eating. It took me a few weeks to start dropping weight. I was lucky to have some one that pushed me when I wanted to…

People want to see you fall off the wagon. You are the winner and a lot of people like to see others fail. See that gives them a reason not to do it for themselves. They can say I know these other people that could not do it, and so I'm not going to try. So when someone say's that just think I'm a winner and they can stand…

Hey AGbigg If you are just starting just stick with it, that's the only thing I can tell you. I can tell you how I started and that was by walking about 20 minutes a day. Walking I'd have to say is one of the easiest way to get started. By your picture it looks like you may work in an office, so if there's a parking area…

Hey guys or gals Thanks for the great advise and I was undermining my own progress. I wanted others to understand how easily we can lose all of our progress and have to start over. But as of right now I'm motivated to stay the course. I'm glad to have others in here that give you that little push when it's needed. God…
