I started 4 weeks ago with 5+2 and after 2 weeks I lost 2.5 lb.
Weighed today and, despite carefl planning on diet days, I've put a 1.5 lb on.
I get no excersise at all but plan to change that when weather improves.
I am 15.5 stone and 5.8 high and 75. Reading Hairy Dieters

Hey AGbigg If you are just starting just stick with it, that's the only thing I can tell you. I can tell you how I started and that was by walking about 20 minutes a day. Walking I'd have to say is one of the easiest way to get started. By your picture it looks like you may work in an office, so if there's a parking area you can walk there. I know a girl that walks around in her house and has lost weight. When I started I weighed 335 to 340 from just walking I got down to 290. Hope this helps you in your quest drop the weight.
