I'm on a 1420 cal diet with at least 90 minutes of exercise a day with the exceptions of Sundays as my healing day. I'm not giving out height and weight here. The treat is no more than 200 calories and is factored in after all other meals in which Balance calories, macros, sugar and iron.

What can I say, I grew up with it and now it's another reason to walk outside. :)

Keep in mind, as you exercise, you'll burn off those sugars and earn more for the rest of the day. It's not the end of the world if you go over, just keep it in mind for future meals. Also, the sugars you're getting from fruit are way easier for your body to process than the ones from candy. So it's not a bad thing if…

Just get back on the horse. Starving yourself or going nuts on the treadmill will really only hurt. As long as 1 bad day doesn't become everyday, you're golden. :smiley:
