  • Thank you so much to everyone who replied, really inspiring. I've made it to the first goal weight of 126lbs now working towards my ultimate goal weight. Latest measurements are Hips: 36" Waist: 29.5" Bust: 37" Still look fluffy so working towards 112lbs!
  • I thought I'd update with my results for this month (been over a month since last post)! I'm now 131lbs, and measurements are Hips 37" Waist 31.5" Chest 38" Going to start 30DS today with the hope that it'll help with the toning a little more!
  • @MusicandMountains I'm 5'4", not at goal weight yet,140lbs, started at around 182lbs. Lost first 14lbs without logging but just trying to cut endless snacking. My measurements are Hips 38.5 Waist 32.5 Bust 39 My ultimate goal weight is 112lbs, but first goal is to get to 126lbs.

  • Thank you for replies. @Noel_57 I seem to have hit a plateau, and unlike before the scale isn't moving at all! Thank you for the suggestion, will try increasing activity. Yay it is exciting finally being so close to goal weight!
  • Thank you for the replies. When at highest resistance the display states I ride at a speed of 19.5 to fastest being 19.7km/h, and if I take it down to 6 then I'm riding st a speed of anything between 20.5 to 21.1km/h. I will look into getting a heart rate monitor :smile:
