Interesting post .. and replies. I for Years did not eat Breakfast, found it easier to cope with the day. I eat a big break now, because i skip lunch .. and I laid off carbs and breads . so sausages bacon sweet potato or pumpkin or such for break, snack on some nuts at lunch and a good dinner

I loved my fitbit. But being in Australia, I struggled to get help from them with an issue, so my poor HR Charge is sitting on my bedside table being an ornament .. Going to get an Apple watch soon. I wish you all the best . When they work the challenges are amazing! Love working with others!
